We are biggest and best equipped weightlifting facility in Australia with 21 platforms and 67 competition bars (48 Eleiko,14 Pendlay, 5 ZKC) and tonnes of Olympic weights. We also have a Sauna, NormaTec Recovery room with a TV and XBox and an accessory area with Leg Press, Bench, Lat pull down, multi-function cable station, dumbbells, bikes, Echo bike rower etc
We are able to rent out the weightlifting gym to visiting teams and give them exclusive access to the whole gym area.
We have hosted the English Weightlifting Team, Chinese National BMX Team, Oceania Weightlifting Institute and Japanese National Track Team among others for multi week weightlifting training camps
On site we have some affordable accommodation – and a variety of hotels and motels in the area
We are 15 min from beautiful Moreton Bay also we are under an hour from the amazing Gold Coast
